2023 Chamber Gala & Awards Nomination Form

The deadline to submit nominations is Friday, March 31st.
We welcome your nominations for Chamber Member businesses or individuals in the following categories! Nominations will be considered by an out of county, individual panel based solely on the nomination narrative.

Nomination Instructions:

1). Please verify that the individual, business, or organization you would like to nominate is a current Chamber Member by checking our online Membership Directory. https://business.covington-tiptoncochamber.com/list

2). Please begin your narrative with the business or individual's name that you wish to nominate.

3). Please be thorough in your explanation for nominating an individual, business or organization. Describe why the nominee is deserving of recognition and how they have contributed to our community. The narratives will be included during the presentation of the awards!

4). Yes! You can submit nominations for multiple categories.

5). Thank you for participating! We look forward to announcing the winners on Thursday, April 20th at our Chamber Gala & Awards Dinner!

This award recognizes a Covington-Tipton County Chamber of Commerce Member who has demonstrated outstanding leadership in the agricultural community. The award recipient has shown unwavering dedication to creating a better rural community, has a passion for agriculture and is committed to creating a stronger industry.
This award recognizes a Covington-Tipton County Chamber of Commerce Member who represents a minority owned or operated business that has been in business for over a year, provides exceptional customer service to all clients, provides innovative products or services, and ultimately improves the over all quality of life for the Tipton County community through their business operations.
This award recognizes a Covington - Tipton County Chamber of Commerce Member classified as a local manufacturer that has shown excellence in innovation, growth, community involvement or leadership, ultimately having a large positive impact on the local economy.
This award recognizes a Covington - Tipton County Chamber of Commerce member organization for its dedication in serving and promoting Tipton County through volunteer contributions to a program or ongoing activity that has improved the quality of life in Tipton County by providing leadership over a period of years.
This award recognizes a Covington - Tipton County Chamber of Commerce Member who demonstrates an entrepreneurial character, verified business growth, an innovative and creative vision for the future, community and Chamber involvement and more.
This award recognizes an individual Covington – Tipton County Chamber of Commerce Member who is an exemplary educator at any of our institutions including any of the K-12, TCAT and Dyersburg State schools and has demonstrated an outstanding commitment to preparing students for success in their future endeavors.
This award recognizes an individual Covington – Tipton County Chamber of Commerce Member who is an exemplary first responder, nurse, etc and has demonstrated an outstanding commitment to helping those in need and continuously exceeds the expectations of their role.
This award recognizes a Covington – Tipton County Chamber of Commerce Member who has demonstrated outstanding participation and leadership in Tipton County by volunteering their time. Qualified nominees should be considered resilient leaders and have contributed their time through extensive community involvement.
